Refund Policy: Passes can be refunded within 24 hours of the original payment. Refund requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Transferability: Passes are issued to the named purchaser and are non-transferable. They should not be shared or transferred to others.

Admission: While a valid pass grants access to the event, some sessions may have limited capacity, and entry will be subject to availability and event guidelines.

Pass Usage: Each pass admits one person only and should be presented upon request during registration and throughout the event.

Student Identification: Students may be required to present valid identification upon request by the organisers to verify eligibility for student passes.

Presenters are required to use the same email address as was used for abstract submission and all subsequent communications with GPHS2025. The organisers accept no responsibility for missed communications resulting from incorrect or inaccessible email addresses provided by the attendee.
